1. Who is responsible
The resource is operated by a private individual in Ukraine, Volyn Region, for the Tryzub Horizon EVE Online community. Privacy requests: privacy@eve-online.com.ua. General contact: contact@eve-online.com.ua. Security reports: security@eve-online.com.ua.
2. Data processed now
- Basic web-server request metadata may be processed by the hosting provider: IP address, date and time, requested URL, response status, browser/User-Agent and referrer. Technical logs are retained only for the period required for security, diagnostics and reliable operation, according to actual provider settings.
- A first-party cookie stores the public cookie-notice choice for 180 days.
- The owner-only Admin uses a secure session cookie and server-side security records. It is not a public account system.
3. What we do not collect
The public site currently has no application form, newsletter, comments, public accounts, payment processing, advertising cookies, fingerprinting or Google Analytics. Clicking EVE Online, Discord or social links transfers the visitor to an independent external service under that service’s own terms.
4. Purposes and legal basis
Necessary technical processing supports secure delivery, abuse prevention and operation of a service requested by the visitor. Optional analytics or marketing technologies will remain blocked until their exact provider, purpose, retention and transfer terms are documented and valid prior consent is obtained where required.
5. Recipients and transfers
Ukraine.com.ua processes technical traffic to deliver the site. No analytics or advertising processor is approved. Any additional processor or international transfer must be added to this policy before activation.
6. Retention and security
The cookie-notice choice is kept for up to 180 days. Admin sessions have an 8-hour absolute and 30-minute idle limit. Technical logs are minimized and retained only as long as required for security and diagnostics. Access is limited to the owner and protected by password, MFA, audit records and encrypted backups.

Depending on applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. Send a privacy request to privacy@eve-online.com.ua. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
